A Different Approach To The Legal Process
Can you imagine… From the start of your case, all parties are at the table, brainstorming about the real issues at the heart of your dispute and creative ways to solve them. Satisfaction for all parties is the goal from the beginning.
Ready to talk?
If you have questions about collaborative & cooperative law and whether your case qualifies, talk to your attorney or contact any one of the MMCCLA member attorneys.
You can make those concepts a reality. The Mid-Missouri Collaborative & Cooperative Law Association (MMCCLA) is a group of individual and unaffiliated attorneys who support offering this new option to clients. At the first consultation, an MMCCLA attorney will offer you the option of proceeding along the Collaborative or Cooperative Law route. If your case is well-suited for one of these methods, MMCCLA attorneys believe it can make a drastic difference in your overall satisfaction with the legal process.
You will have an advocate in the MMCCLA attorney you choose. The MMCCLA attorney will use his or her expertise to try and work out a settlement that addresses your needs. Any settlement will be reached with you and all other interested parties coming to the table. It’s a different way of practicing law and a different way of navigating your way through the legal system. MMCCLA attorneys want to get you there.
